MOB’s public workshops are built for anyone interested in learning the power of mindfulness to reduce stress, improve energy, and find deeper purpose for a life of greater joy.

The workshops last 2–6 hours depending on type. Workshops are designed to provide a fundamental understanding of mindfulness and then build upon that basic understanding so you learn the key practices and concepts of Mindful Living: presence, acceptance and compassion.

In Person Week 3: Creating Acceptance

Week 3 is when we start to explore our own personal lenses, filters and perceptions. Our meditation practice will become more defined, and we will learn how to create acceptance of ourselves and others by seeing things as they are.

We will cover:

  • Removing the filters
  • Embracing suffering
  • Expectations near zero
  • Understanding impermanence and non-attachment (learning to let-go)
  • Unravelling past assumptions and fixed thinking
  • How to create greater clarity
  • Implementing a foundational meditation practice
  • Search for the highest truth
  • Interactive activities
  • Take Home Exercises: Meditation, Check-In, Journaling
