MOB’s public workshops are built for anyone interested in learning the power of mindfulness to reduce stress, improve energy, and find deeper purpose for a life of greater joy.

The workshops last 2–6 hours depending on type. Workshops are designed to provide a fundamental understanding of mindfulness and then build upon that basic understanding so you learn the key practices and concepts of Mindful Living: presence, acceptance and compassion.

About This Workshop

Stress is a natural and inevitable part of life. However, if you don’t know how to manage it, chronic stress can take a toll on your health and mental well-being. Learning how to be resilient and effectively deal with stress can help you become more productive, happy, healthy, and in control of difficult situations.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify the internal and external symptoms of stress, and deal with it’s causes. You’ll get an overview of different techniques you can use to manage stressors at home and in the workplace, and develop an individualized action plan which you can apply to your everyday life.

Naz draws from first hand experience working closely with the most innovative business leader of our time, Steve Jobs. Steve was Naz’ mentor and greatest inspiration, and had a profound impact on her belief that health is the ultimate wealth. Mindful choices toward a healthy lifestyle lead to happiness and success.
She leads workshops, retreats, and wellness programs for leading organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Nike, Omega Institute, General Assembly, Columbia University, and Hillary for America. Prior to starting Prananaz, she spent over a decade working for Fortune 500 companies (Apple, Yahoo, AstraZeneca) and a technology startup (acquired by Hitachi).
Naz is a speaker and author of the upcoming book ‘Pause. Breathe. Choose.: Become the CEO of Your Life and Well-Being.
Naz holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Naz is a Certified Yoga Instructor and lifelong practitioner, Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, and is initiated and practices TM (Transcendental Meditation) daily.
