MOB’s public workshops are built for anyone interested in learning the power of mindfulness to reduce stress, improve energy, and find deeper purpose for a life of greater joy.

The workshops last 2–6 hours depending on type. Workshops are designed to provide a fundamental understanding of mindfulness and then build upon that basic understanding so you learn the key practices and concepts of Mindful Living: presence, acceptance and compassion.

What Does it Mean to Live Mindfully Amidst the Chaos of High Tech, High Growth & High Stress?   

In this open town hall discussion and lecture, we will together share ideas to better understand how Mindfulness applies to today’s modern world and the meditation skills, daily routines and deeper practice principles needed to allow us to find more presence, peace of mind and compassion in life.  

We’ll explore the big questions of “What does it mean to: “

  • Be more present with co-workers and loved ones? 
  • Find purpose in our work and life?
  • Be more fully aware of ourselves and our mind?
  • Find equanimity, clarity, peace of mind and deeper calm?
  • Bring Mindfulness into the workplace and our everyday lives? 

Together we will create understanding of how to regain control of our minds and create the space and capacity to be more fully ourselves. Applying to work, relationships, family and of course, your own self.  

Open discussion on the practice outcomes of Mindful Living like: Grace, Poise, Clarity, Confidence, Focus, Energy, Equanimity, Calm, Purpose, Meaning and so much more.  

And we’ll gather as a community: both before and after the town hall discussion and lecture there will be a social reception. We will connect with other mindful seekers and souls as we join together to grow and expand the local SF Mindfulness community.
